摘要
肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病,临床以腹泻型(IBS-D)最为常见,参苓白术散治疗IBS-D取得了较好的临床效果,但现在参苓白术散治疗IBS-D作用机制探讨较少,笔者从胃肠动力学、内脏高敏、肠黏膜屏障、肠道微环境等方面探讨参苓白术散对IBS-D治疗价值,以期更好的应用于临床。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a gastrointestinal dysfunction disorder.The most common clinical type is diarrhea(IBS-D).It has better clinical effects,but now the mechanism of Shenling Baizhu Powder for treating IBS-D is less discussed.Now the author briefly discusses Shenling Baizhu Powder from gastrointestinal dynamics,visceral hypersensitivity,intestinal mucosal barrier,intestinal microenvir.
