摘要
以西安市为评价对象,针对该城市的水资源安全状况进行评价。根据西安市的实际水资源情况,建立西安市水资源安全评价指标体系,运用AHP-熵权法确定评价指标的组合权重,采用模糊综合分析法对西安市2013-2019年的水资源安全进行综合评价。结果表明,西安市2013-2019年水资源安全综合评价值均处于Ⅲ级,从2013至2019年西安市水资源安全状况正在逐步改善。
Taking Xi′an as the evaluation object,this paper evaluates the water resources security situation of the city.According to the actual situation of water resources in Xi′an,the evaluation index system of water resources security in Xi′an was established.The combination weight of evaluation indexes was determined by AHP-entropy method,and the water resources security in Xi′an from 2013 to 2019 was comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation values of water resources security in Xi′an from 2013 to 2019 are all in GradeⅢ,which generally shows a downward trend from 2013 to 2019,indicating that the water resources security situation in Xi′an is gradually improving.
