基于AHP-熵权法的节水型高校评价标准分析 被引量:3

摘要 从节水潜力、制度建设、用水管理和教育宣传4个方面,选取23个高校用水节水指标,采用AHP-熵权法计算权重,构建高校用水节水评价体系。基于L省省级主管部门发文开展的调查工作的结果,选取其中32所典型高校的用水节水情况,分析高校用水节水现状及节水型高校建设情况。结果表明:所选高校中"节水型高校"合格率为96.88%,优秀率仅为3.13%;L省普遍高校用水节水基本情况良好,但仍有较大的提升空间。基于评价结果,从制度供给维度提出节水型高校评价标准的建议,增强评价标准的适应性和灵活性,推进"节水型高校"建设进程。 From four aspects(water-saving potential,system construction,water management and education publicity),23 water-saving indexes of colleges and universities were selected to construct a water-saving evaluation system of colleges and universities,in which AHP entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight.According to the investigation results of the official documents issued by the provincial authorities in L province,32 typical colleges and universities are selected to analyze the current situation of water usage and water-saving in colleges and universities and the construction of“water-saving colleges and universities”.The results showed that the qualified rate of"water-saving colleges and universities"is 96.88%,and the excellent rate was only 3.13%so that there was still room for improvement.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions were put forward on the evaluation standards of water-saving universities from the perspective of system supply to enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the evaluation standards and promote the construction process of“water-saving colleges and universities”.
