湿热证“病证结合”模型生物学基础研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress of biological basis of ‘disease-syndrome’ model of damp-heat syndrome

摘要 近年来诸多学者以中医药理论建立"病证结合"模型得到广泛应用。传统疾病造模方式叠加中医证候因素造模能较好模拟临床发病实际,因此建立"病证"模型更适用于现代中医药基础研究。湿热证模型是目前模型制作体系较成熟、评价较完备、应用较广泛的中医证候模型之一,已受到学者们广泛关注。文章就近年来湿热证"病证结合"模型生物学在炎症反应、肠道菌群、代谢组学、免疫平衡的研究现状展开综述,以期为同类研究提供借鉴参考。 In recent years, many scholars have established a ‘combination of disease and syndrome’ model based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which has been widely used. Traditional disease modeling methods combined with TCM syndrome factor modeling can better simulate the actual clinical disease. Therefore, the establishment of a ‘disease syndrome’ model is more suitable for basic research in modern Chinese medicine. The damp-heat syndrome model is one of the TCM syndrome models with a relatively mature model making system, a relatively complete evaluation, and a wide range of applications. It has received extensive attention from scholars. This article reviews the research status of the model biology of damp-heat syndrome ‘combination of disease and syndrome’ in inflammatory response, intestinal flora, metabonomics and immune balance in recent years. The development of other correlations is expected to provide reference for similar research.
