摘要
为做好新时期军队离退休干部服务保障工作,建立一支素质过硬的服务保障人员队伍,针对当前军队休干机构调整改革实际情况,以及服务保障人员队伍建设面临的现役人员大幅压减、文职人员缺编严重、人少事多矛盾突出、新体制新要求不够适应等突出问题,提出确立服务保障新观念,抓好服务保障人员的思想与作风建设,认真做好服务保障人员的培训工作,并建立健全相关考核评价体系,努力打造一支"政治强、业务精、作风正、形象好"的军队干休所服务保障人员队伍。
In order to provide service support for retired military cadres in the new period,it needs to establish a contingent of service support personnel with excellent quality.In this paper,in view of the actual situation of the adjustment and reform of military retired cadres’sanatorium,it firstly states the problems faced by the construction of the service support personnel team,such as the sharp reduction of the active service personnel,the serious shortage of civilian personnel,the prominent contradiction between the small number of personnel and more work,and the inadaptability of the new system and new requirements.Then,it proposes to establish a new concept of service support personnel,pay attention to the ideological and work style construction and training of service support personnel,and establish and improve the relevant assessment and evaluation system to create a strong service support personnel team for military retired cadres’sanatorium.
