摘要
为解决门式起重机的偏斜运行导致的啃轨问题,文中从起重机偏斜运行的危害出发,探讨如何判断车轮啃轨,同时对门式起重机的偏斜运行机理进行研究,得出起重机偏斜的主要原因并突出改进对策,从而消除偏斜运行的影响。该方法不仅对起重机械检验中如何判断车轮偏斜具有指导意义,对安全生产也具有一定的借鉴作用。
To solve the problem of rail gnawing caused by skew operation of gantry crane,starting from the harm of skew operation of crane,this paper discusses how to judge whether there is rail gnawing by wheels,and at the same time studies the skew operation mechanism of gantry crane,obtains the main reasons of crane skew and emphasizes countermeasures,so as to eliminate the influence of skew operation.This method not only has guiding significance on how to judge whether there is wheel skew in the inspection of hoisting machinery,but also can serve as a reference for safe production.
