摘要
为了解决桥式起重机大车在运行中出现的啃轨现象,从起重机啃轨危害出发,对桥式起重机大车在运行中出现的啃轨原因进行分析,得出车轮制造及安装质量问题是造成啃轨的主要原因。通过减小车轮直径差,调整大小车轮垂直偏斜,调整大小车轮水平偏斜等方法来改善轨道,从而消除啃轨的影响,该方法对安全生产具有一定的指导意义。
In order to address the overhead crane in operation appears skew phenomenon,starting from the crane skew harm,running on the bridge crane appeared skew analysis of the causes,draw the wheel manufacturing and installing quality problem is caused by skew the main reason.By reducing the wheel diameter difference,adjust the size of the wheel vertical deviation,adjusting the size of the wheels and other methods to improve the standard deviation of track,thereby eliminating the impact of skew,this method has certain safety guide.
