摘要
啃轨问题是指起重机运行时车轮轮缘与轨道侧面接触,磨损了轮缘和轨道,严重的啃轨问题易导致起重机发生安全事故,分析该问题的起因并采取相应的处理措施有利于提高起重机的安全性。以实际经验为基础,分析了起重机检验中啃轨的定义和危害,并提出了有效的处理措施。
Rail gnawing problem is refers to the crane when in contact with the wheel flange and the side of the track wears the wheel flange and rail, serious gnawing rail problem easily lead to crane accidents, analysis of the causes of the problems and take corresponding measures to improve the safety of cranes. Based on the practical experience, this paper analyzes the definition and harm of the rail bite in crane inspection, and puts forward the effective measures to deal with it.
