摘要
基于我国推行医养结合的大背景,充分考虑老龄化加速的养老国情,构建以中医健康管理为基础的居家养老医养结合模式,具体包括中医健康体检、中医健康评估分类、中医健康干预、中医健康效果评价和追踪四个步骤,并提出中医健康管理居家医养结合模式的运行机制,促进医疗关口前移,降低养老的医疗负担,减轻人口老龄化带来的负面影响,同时也助力中医健康管理的发展。
Based on the background of promoting the combination of medical care and nursing in our country,fully consider the accelerated aging,establish the combination mode of medical care for the elderly at home based on Health management of traditional Chinese medicine,including TCM health examination,TCM health assessment classification,TCM health intervention,TCM health effect evaluation and tracking four steps,and put forward the TCM health management mode operation mechanism,promote medical pass move forward,reduce the medical burden,reduce the negative impact of population aging,but also help the development of TCM health management.
