摘要
目的了解济南市社区老年人健康科普知识获取与应用现状,为建立权威的健康科普平台提供参考依据。方法2021-07-12-2021-08-25采用目的抽样法选取济南市2个社区的12名老年人作为研究对象。采用质性研究中的现象学研究法进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi七步法进行资料分析。结果济南市社区老年人健康科普知识获取现状:健康知识获取途径多样,但较少使用专业的健康APP或互联网健康平台;饮食与运动相关科普知识是其关注的焦点;获取健康知识的目的是以提高自身健康为主。健康科普知识应用现状:健康科普知识的权威性判断源于自身体验与他人评价;获取健康知识后多数会与家人分享;分享健康科普知识时较少考虑是否适合;医生或权威机构推荐的健康知识应用的依从性较小。对健康科普知识权威平台的需求:期望使用国家权威的健康科普平台,但缺乏获取途径;希望健康科普平台支持语音搜索且智能解锁方言信息。结论社区老年人健康科普知识获取与应用水平较低,应为社区老年人提供权威的健康科普平台,以适合老年人的方式开展健康教育。
Objective To understand the acquisition and application status of health science knowledge for the elderly in Jinan community,which might provide reference for the establishment of national authoritative platform health popularization.Methods Purposive sampling was adopted to select 12 elderly people from 2 communities in Jinan from July 12,2021 to August 25,2021.Phenomenological research method in qualitative research was adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews,and Colaizzi’s seven-step method was used for data analysis.Results In terms of acquisition status of health science knowledge for the elderly in Jinan community,there were many ways to acquire health science knowledge,but the elderly seldom used professional health Apps or online health platforms;diet and exercise related health science knowledge was their centre of attention;the purpose of the elderly to acquire health science knowledge was mainly to improve their own quality of life.As for application status of health science knowledge,the authoritative judgments of health science knowledge of the elderly came from their own experience and comments of others;most of them tended to share the knowledge with their families after acquiring it;when sharing with others,they seldom considered the suitability;they were lack of compliance in doctors’or authorities’recommendation on the application of health knowledge.Based on the requirements for authoritative health science knowledge,the elderly expected to use the national authoritative health platform,but they had less access to it;they hoped the national authoritative health platform could support voice search service and unlock dialect information intelligently.Conclusion The level of health science knowledge acquisition and application of the elderly in community is relatively poor.It is necessary to provide an authoritative health platform for the elderly in community by a suitable way to promote health education.
