摘要 在大数据背景之下,高职院校迎来了新的发展机遇,如何确保课堂教学质量是高职院校现阶段发展的重要推动力。作为高职院校的教学督导人员在如何提升教学质量方面应当具备创新意识。高职院校教学督导工作作为确保教学质量监控的重要组成部分,直接关系到高职院校的人才培养质量,因此在实际工作推进的过程中有着十分特殊的意义。本文就大数据背景之下,高职院校教学督导工作模式进行探究,希望能够提高高职院校的教学水平。 Under the background of big data, higher vocational colleges have ushered in new development opportunities. How to ensure the quality of classroom teaching is an important driving force for vocational colleges to seize the opportunities at this stage. As teaching supervisors in higher vocational colleges, they should have an innovative role in how to improve teaching quality. As an important part of ensuring teaching quality monitoring, teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Therefore,it has a very special significance in the process of promoting practical work. In this paper, under the background of big data, the teaching supervision mode of higher vocational colleges is explored, hoping to improve the teaching level of higher vocational colleges.
