新时代背景下高职院校完善教学督导评价体系的实践研究

摘要 本文立足实际,在阐明高职院校完善教学督导评价体系现实意义的基础上,归纳总结了在新时代背景下高职院校完善教学督导评价体系的现实困境,并针对性提出了具体的完善路径。强调从系统层面进行分析,深入剖析问题产生的原因、体系运行的影响因素,从体制革新、指标优化、队伍建设等方面入手,采取有效措施进行落地实施,以进一步拓宽高职院校教学督导评价的职能边界和价值边界,为实现高职院校教育教学改革的纵深推进,以及高职教育高质量发展的目标实现,提供核心驱动与全面保障。 Based on reality,this article clarifies the practical significance of improving the teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges,summarizes the practical difficulties of improving the teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges in the new era,and proposes specific improvement paths.The reasons for the problems and the influencing factors of the system operation are deeply analyzed,and then starting from system reform,indicator optimization,team building,and other aspects,to take effective measures for implementation,in order to further broaden the functional and value boundaries of teaching supervision and evaluation in higher vocational colleges,and to provide core driving and comprehensive guarantees for the deepening of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and the achievement of the goal of high-quality development of higher vocational education.
