摘要
本文采用X射线数字成像检测(DR)技术对在役运行中高温导热油管道进行检验,根据高温导热油管道壁厚、介质特性和保温层厚度等因素,通过优化DR工艺参数,快速识别压力管道焊缝中的未焊透、未熔合缺陷,并对缺陷成因进行了分析。
In this paper,the X-ray digital radiography was carried out to inspect the high-temperature heat-transfer oil pipeline in service.According to the wall thickness,medium characteristics and insulation layer thickness of high temperature heat transfer oil pipeline,through optimizing DR process parameters,the incomplete penetration and incomplete fusion defects in the welding seam of pressure pipeline are quickly identified,that the causes of the defects are analyzed.
