摘要
对某失效波纹管断口形貌及其金相组织进行了观察,分析了波纹管材质和力学因素。分析过程中发现,材料没有进行固溶处理是波纹管失效的主要原因,并提出了预防此类事故再次发生的措施。
The fracture surface and the metallographic microstructure of a failed corrugated pipe were examined, and the failure reason related with material and mechanics was investigated. It was found that the lack of solution was the main cause of the failure. Methods to prevent further accidents of this kind were proposed.
