摘要
高尿酸血症是由机体内嘌呤代谢紊乱和尿酸排泄减少引起血尿酸增高的疾病。近年来,研究报道茶叶及其功能成分(主要为茶多酚类和茶色素类化合物)通过抑制嘌呤代谢酶来减少尿酸的生成和调节尿酸转运蛋白来增加尿酸的排泄,从而发挥降尿酸作用。文章系统阐述了茶叶及其功能成分的降尿酸作用及作用机制,旨在为论证饮茶降尿酸和茶叶功能产品研发提供研究思路。
Hyperuricemia is a disease of increased blood uric acid caused by the disorder of purine metabolism and decreased uric acid excretion in the host.In recent years,studies have reported that tea and its functional components(mainly tea polyphenols and tea pigment compounds)inhibit purine metabolism enzymes to reduce the production of uric acid,and regulate uric acid transporter to increase the excretion of uric acid,thereby exerting a uric acid-lowering effect.This article systematically reviewed the uric acid-lowering effects of tea and its functional components and its mechanism of action,aiming to provide research ideas for the research and development of tea-drinking tea-lowering uric acid and tea functional products.
