摘要
‘粤茗1号’为高EGCG(表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,Epigallocatechin gallate)茶树新品种,小乔木型,大叶类,早生种。春茶一芽二叶蒸青样中水浸出物、EGCG、茶多酚、氨基酸和咖啡碱含量分别为40.4%、10.3%、24.4%、4.4%和3.1%。制红茶外形紧结壮实、乌润显毫,汤色红艳明亮,麝香浓郁持久,滋味甜醇浓厚。适宜在华南、西南等茶区种植。
‘Yueming 1’is a new tea cultivar with high epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)content.It belongs to small arbor type,large leaves and early-sprouting species.The average content of water extracts,EGCG,tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine in tender shoots with one bud and two leaves picked in spring were 40.4%,10.3%,24.4%,4.4%,and 3.1%,respectively.It is suitable for processing black tea.The black tea has tight,sturdy and black bloom appearance with obvious hair,red and bright soup color,long-lasting musk aroma,as well as sweet and rich taste.It is suitable for planting in South China and southwest China.
