摘要
目的:对比研究渗透树脂与氟漆治疗正畸后前牙白垩斑的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者医院2017年7月-2020年7月正畸治疗结束后伴有前牙白垩斑的90例患者临床资料。根据不同的治疗方法分为研究组(n=47,渗透树脂治疗)与对照组(n=43,氟漆治疗),比较两组临床疗效、病损面积、牙面颜色稳定性、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率为96.59%,对照组总有效率为84.34%,显著低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者T1、T2时的病损面积明显较T0时缩小、白垩斑区域灰度平均值均较治疗前降低,且研究组病损面积、白垩斑区域灰度平均值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。在治疗过程中,除研究组个别患者因橡皮障牵拉不适外,其余患者未出现术中及术后不适。结论:与氟漆治疗正畸后前牙白垩斑对比,渗透树脂治疗疗效更佳,可有效改善正畸后前牙白垩斑病损的美观效果,提高患者满意度,具有一定安全性。
Objective To compare the clinical value of penetrating resin and fluorine paint in the treatment of anterior teeth chalky spots after orthodontics.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with anterior teeth chalky spots after orthodontics in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n=47,resin penetration treatment)and a control group(n=43,fluorine paint treatment).The clinical efficacy,lesion area,stability of tooth surface color,satisfaction degree and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.59%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.34%,which was significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).The lesion area of patients at T1 and T2 in the two groups was significantly smaller than that at T0,and the average gray scale of the chalky spot area was lower than that before treatment.And the average gray value of the lesion area and the chalky spot area of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,except for individual patients with the discomfort caused by the traction of the rubber dam in the study group,the rest of the patients did not experience intraoperative and postoperative discomfort.Conclusion Compared with fluorine paint in the treatment of anterior teeth chalky spots after orthodontics,the treatment effect of resin penetration is better,which can effectively improve the aesthetic effect of chalky spots in anterior teeth after orthodontics,improve satisfaction of patients,and has certain safety.
