摘要
目的评价微研磨、Opalescence皓齿美白及渗透树脂联合治疗氟斑牙的临床疗效。方法18例氟斑牙患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,各9例。实验组采用微研磨、Opalescence皓齿美白及树脂渗透联合治疗,对照组只采用Opalescence皓齿美白治疗。对比两组患者满意度及美白效果。结果实验组满意度100.0%高于对照组的44.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组显著有效率为66.7%高于对照组的11.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微研磨、Opalescence皓齿美白及渗透树脂联合应用治疗氟斑牙的临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of microabrasion treatments,Opalescence whitening and resin infiltration in the treatment of dental fluorosis.Methods A total of 18 patients with dental fluorosis were divided into experimental group and control group according to admission order,with 9 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with microabrasion treatments,Opalescence whitening and resin infiltration,and the control group was treated with Opalescence whitening.The satisfaction rate and whitening effect were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate 100.0%of the experimental group was higher than 44.4%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the experimental group was 66.7%,which was higher than 11.1%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microabrasion treatments,Opalescence whitening and resin infiltration shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of dental fluorosis,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
