摘要
目的:探讨调Q Nd:YAG激光波长1064 nm和532 nm治疗雀斑的疗效差异。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年9月在笔者医院就诊的189例雀斑患者为研究对象。采取随机数字法分为空白组、对照组和观察组,每组63例。空白组不施加激光治疗,仅涂抹2%氢醌霜;对照组采用532 nm调Q Nd:YAG激光进行治疗;观察组采用1064 nm调Q Nd:YAG激光进行治疗。比较三组临床疗效、不良反应及患者满意度情况。结果:治疗后,对照组和观察组总有效率均高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但前两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率均低于空白组,观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总满意度均高于空白组,且观察组满意度均高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与药物治疗比较,1064 nm与532 nm调Q Nd:YAG激光在治疗雀斑中均具有郊优效果,且两者疗效相似,但1064 nm调Q Nd:YAG激光的不良反应少,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the difference in clinical effects of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at wavelengths of 1064 nm and 532nm in the treatment of freckles.Methods Total of 189 patients with freckles who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients with freckles were divided into 3 groups:the blank group(n=63),the control group(n=63)and the observation group(n=63).The patients with freckles in the blank group were treated with 2%hydroquinone cream without laser treatment,the patients with freckles in the control group were treated with 532nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,and the patients with freckles in the observation group were treated with 1064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction of the 3 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were higher than that of the blank group,and the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were lower than that of the blank group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group and the control group were higher than that of the blank group,and the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with drug treatment,the 1064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and 532 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG lasers have better repairing effects in the treatment of freckles,and the repair effects of the two are similar,but the 1064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser has fewer adverse reactions and high patients’satisfaction in the treatment of freckles,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
