摘要
目的:观察芪黄健脾滋肾颗粒对脾肾两虚型Ⅱ型狼疮肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的脾肾亏虚型Ⅱ型狼疮肾炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组予吗替麦考酚酯片进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合芪黄健脾滋肾颗粒,治疗12周后,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、SLEDAI积分及各实验室指标ESR、CRP、Ig G、BUN、Scr、TP/24h水平与治疗前比较均显著降低,C3、C4、ALB水平均有所上升,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且治疗组改善均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:在免疫抑制治疗的基础上配合使用芪黄健脾滋肾颗粒治疗Ⅱ型狼疮肾炎,可以缓解患者临床症状,改善肾功能。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qihuang Jianpi Zishen granule on typ II lupus nephritis with syndrome of spleen-kidney both deficiency.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with typ 2 lupus nephritis with syndrome of spleen-kidney both deficiency,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group.The control group was treated with mycophenolate mofetil tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qihuang Jianpi Zishen granule on the basis of control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The results showed that there was significant difference in the distribution of curative effect(P﹤0.01),and the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.After treatment in two groups,TCM syndrome score,SLEDAI score and levels of various laboratory indexes such as ESR,CRP,Ig G,BUN,Scr and TP/24h were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the levels of C3,C4 and ALB were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of immunosuppressive therapy,Qihuang Jianpi Zishen granule is combined for treatment of type II lupus nephritis,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the renal function.
