摘要
人工智能通过对算法运用和数据的分析为现代社会向“自由人联合体”过渡提供了权力逻辑、算法逻辑、秩序逻辑和治理逻辑,人们基于这些逻辑可以实现对整个社会生产资料的共同占有,建构技术权力,通过强化技术权力的公共性和社会化,使公共权力逐渐摆脱资本的约束,淡化公共权力的政治性和阶级性,使全体社会成员都成为公共权力的所有者,并在此基础上推动全人类的自由联合以及社会的自主管理,从而有效推动现代社会向“自由人联合体”过渡。
“Freeman’s Association” is Marx’s assumption of the social form in the post-capitalist era, a transition from capitalism to communism. However, the coexistence of capitalism and socialism makes the transition from modern society to communism present the characteristics of coexistence of transition from capitalism to communism and from socialism to communism. How to make the transition from modern society to Marx’s “Freeman’s Association” has become an important issue facing Marxism in the 21 st century. Artificial Intelligence provides power logic, algorithmic logic, order logic and governance logic for the transition through algorithm application and data analysis. Based on these logics, people can realize the common possession of the whole social means of production, construct technological power, gradually get rid of public power by strengthening the publicity and socialization of technological power, and make all members of society become the owners of public power by weakening the political and class nature of public power. Then, the free association of all mankind and the independent management of society will be promoted and the transition modern society to “Freeman’s Association” will be effectively achieved.
