基于频域积分的车体变形量间接获取方法及应用 被引量:3

Indirect acquisition method and application of vehicle body deformation based on frequency domain integration

摘要 为了探究动车组高速行驶安全性能,针对动车组车体受到气动载荷产生的变形量进行研究。在测试环境及位移传感器安装条件受限的情况下,采用测量车体表面加速度信号间接获取车体变形量的方法,对加速度信号进行去除趋势项、数据平滑等预处理,通过傅里叶变换在频域内进行滤波和积分处理,再获得时域位移信号,且通过实验对比积分所得位移信号曲线和测试位移信号曲线,验证该处理方法的有效性,最终基于该方法获取实车实验的车体变形量。研究结果表明:该方法简单高效,经处理后的积分位移曲线与测试位移曲线峰值误差较小,在实车实验中能够获得较准确的变形量,通过对比分析车体变形量,为动车组的安全行驶积累数据和提供科学依据。 In order to explore the high-speed driving safety performance of the EMUs,a special study on the deformation of the EMUs body subjected to aerodynamic loads was carried out.When the test environment and the installation conditions of the displacement sensor were limited,the acceleration signal of the vehicle body surface was measured to obtain the deformation of the vehicle body indirectly,and the acceleration signal preprocessed by removing trend items and data smoothing.Filtering and integration processed in the frequency domain were performed to obtain the time-domain displacement signal,and the integrated displacement signal curve was compared with the test displacement signal curve through experiments to verify the effectiveness of the processing method.Finally,the body deformation of the actual vehicle test was obtained based on this method.The results show that the method is simple and efficient and the processed displacement curve amplitude is in good agreement with the test displacement curve amplitude.In the actual vehicle test,the deformation results with excellent effect can be obtained.The comparison and analysis of the vehicle body deformation can accumulate data and provide feasible scientific basis for the safe running of EMUs.
