摘要
直升机振动测量基本都是采集加速度信号,而不同部件或飞行状态的振动判据条件却往往加速度、速度、位移均有。实际工程测试中加速度信号中不可避免含有直流分量和趋势项,这些因素会直接影响积分的精度,尤其是二次积分后,信号可能会发生畸变甚至失真。在分析误差来源的基础上,给出了在时域和频域内的积分方法,可以有效去除直流分量和趋势项,并对两种方法的时域特性进行了对比,且验证了积分结果的频域特性和误差。
Vibration tests on helicopter almost are acceleration signal tests.However,the criterion of vibration usually contains acceleration,velocity or displacement according to different components or different flight condition.In engineering test,it's impossible to get the data without constant value and the trend term.These factors will influence the accuracy of integration result,especially after two-times integration,signal may become a complete distortion.On the analysis of the source of error,this paper presents a integration method in time-domain and frequency-domain,which can effectively eliminate the constant value and the trend term,and show the comparison result of the two integration methods in time-domain,and verify the frequency-domain character and the error of integration results.
