摘要
全过程人民民主是新时代人民民主的新形态,是基于中国场景的具有显著制度优势的高质量民主,实现了历史和现实、理论和实践、形式和内容的有机统一。全过程人民民主是中国共产党的领导优势在民主政治领域的集中体现,是一种系统性整体性民主,在实践中展现出强大的理论优势、实践优势和话语优势。当前要全方位发展全过程人民民主,助推国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,以全过程人民民主彰显中国之治的巨大优势,不断开辟中国之治新境界。
Whole-process people’s democracy is a new form of people’s democracy in the new era.It is a high-quality democracy with remarkable institutional advantages based on the Chinese situation,which realizes the organic unity of history and reality,theory and practice,form and content.Whole-process people’s democracy is the concentrated embodiment of the CPC’s leadership advantage in the field of democratic politics.It is a systematic and holistic democracy,which shows strong theoretical advantages,practical advantages and discourse advantages in practice.At present,it is necessary to develop the whole-process people’s democracy in a comprehensive way,promote the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance,demonstrate the great advantages of China’s governance with the whole-process people’s democracy,and constantly open up a new realm of China’s governance.
