摘要
环氧沥青以优于普通沥青的物理和化学性能在诸多领域得到了广泛应用,为推动环氧沥青技术的开发应用,综述了国内外环氧沥青的研究进展。首先,介绍了热固性环氧沥青自身缺陷及面临的技术问题;然后,探讨了环氧沥青的组分、分子结构和工作机理,分析了冷拌、温拌和热拌环氧沥青的使用特点,进而从增韧、相容性和固化剂3个方面讨论了环氧沥青的主要改性形式,并总结了现有技术的应用情况;最后,提出了一种含可交换动态共价键的类玻璃高分子材料,该材料可代替热固性环氧树脂制备热塑性改性环氧沥青,使其具有更好的施工及使用性能并可实现再生。
Epoxy asphalt has been widely used in many fields because of its better physical and chemical properties than ordinary asphalt.The research progress of epoxy asphalt material at home and abroad was reviewed to promote the development and application of epoxy asphalt technology.Firstly, the defects of thermosetting epoxy asphalt and the technical problems it face were introduced.Secondly, the composition, molecular structure and working mechanism of epoxy asphalt were discussed, and analyzed the use characteristics of cold, warm and hot mix epoxy asphalt.The main modified forms of epoxy asphalt were discussed from the three aspects of toughening, compatibility and curing agent, and summarized the application of the existing technology.Finally, a glass-like polymer with exchangeable dynamic covalent bonds was proposed, this material can replace thermosetting epoxy resin to prepare thermoplastic modified epoxy asphalt, so that it had better construction and use performance, and can be regenerated.
