摘要
为研究温拌环氧沥青混合料工程应用可行性,从原材料、制备工艺、最佳油石比等方面系统阐述了温拌环氧沥青混合料配合比设计,并通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验综合评价了温拌环氧沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:温拌环氧沥青混合料EA-13马歇尔稳定度约是SBS改性沥青混合料的2倍左右,最佳油石比高出SBS改性沥青混合料约0.5%。EA-13的60℃车辙动稳定度超过30000次/mm,-10℃下小梁弯曲破坏应变为2775με,残留马歇尔稳定度与冻融劈裂强度比均在90%以上,温拌环氧沥青混合料具有优异的高温稳定性、水稳定性及良好的低温抗裂性能,将其应用于长大纵坡、桥面铺装等路段可充分发挥其性能优势。
In this paper,the mix ratio design of the warm mix epoxy asphalt mixture is systematically introduced from aspects of raw material,preparation technique,and optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio to study its feasibility of engineering application,and its road performance is comprehensively evaluated by rutting test,low-temperature bending test,immersion Marshell test,and freeze-thaw splitting test.The results show that the Marshell stability of EA-13,a kind of warm mix epoxy asphalt mixture,is about two times that of SBS modified asphalt mixture,and the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio is about 0.5%higher than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.The dynamic rutting stability at 60℃of EA-13 is over 30000 times/mm,the trabecular failure strain below-10℃is 2775με,and the residual Marshell stability and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio are both over 90%.The warm mix epoxy asphalt mixture has great high-temperature stability,water stability,and low-temperature cracking resistance.It can fully play its performance advantages in road sections such as long and large longitudinal slopes and bridge deck pavement.
