摘要
为确定材料组成对彩色防滑路面材料性能的影响,综合考虑防滑粒料粒径、级配及胶黏剂用量,制备了3种彩色防滑路面材料。通过高温车辙试验、表面构造深度和抗滑摆值试验,对比分析了3种彩色防滑路面材料的高温性能和抗滑性能;利用湿轮磨耗仪、四轮磨耗仪进行了不同条件下的磨耗试验及加速加载试验,系统研究了3种彩色防滑路面材料的耐久性能,进而确定了彩色防滑路面的最佳材料组成。研究结果表明:3种彩色防滑路面材料均具有良好的路用性能,当4.75~2.36 mm集料用量为100%、胶黏剂撒布量为2.5 kg/m^2时,彩色防滑路面材料的动稳定度最高,为8077次/mm,抗滑摆值最大,为82,表明该彩色防滑路面材料的高温、抗滑性能最优;3种彩色防滑路面材料均具有良好的耐久性能,当4.75~2.36 mm集料用量为100%、胶黏剂撒布量为2.5 kg/m^2时,彩色防滑路面材料1 h浸水条件下的磨耗值为70 g/m^2,高温条件下的磨耗值为64.7 g/m^2,紫外老化条件下的磨耗值为105.88 g/m^2,10%HCL溶液腐蚀条件下的磨耗值为64.7 g/m^2;在加速加载5万次磨耗后,该彩色防滑路面材料磨耗质量损失为43.3 g,磨耗值及质量损失均小于其他材料组成,且满足相关规范要求,表明该种材料组成的彩色防滑路面材料的耐久性能最优。
To determine the influence of material composition on the performance of color anti-skid pavement materials,three kinds of color anti-skid pavement materials with different material compositions were prepared considering the particle size,gradation,and amount of adhesives.Through rutting,surface structure depth,and anti-skid pendulum tests,the high-temperature performance and anti-skid performance of these pavement materials were compared and analyzed.Furthermore,their durabilities were studied systematically based on wear test under different environmental conditions and an accelerated loading test system,a wet wheel and four wheel abrasion instruments were used.The results show that the three kinds of color anti-skid pavement materials have a suitable pavement performance,when the aggregate content of 4.75 to 2.36 mm is 100%and the adhesive spreading amount is 2.5 kg/m^2,the dynamic stability and anti-skid pendulum value of the color anti-skid pavement material are the highest.These values are 8077 times/mm and 82 respectively.Meanwhile,the three kinds of color anti-skid pavement materials were demonstrated to have a suitable durability,when the aggregate content of 4.75 to 2.36 mm is 100%and the adhesive spreading amount is 2.5 kg/m^2,the wear value of the color anti-skid pavement material is 70 g/m^2 under the conditions of 1 h soaking,64.7 g/m^2 under a high-temperature condition,105.88 g/m^2 under a ultraviolet-aging condition,and under the condition of 10%HCL solution corrosion,the wear value is also 64.7 g/m^2,after 50000 wears,the wear mass loss is 43.3 g.The wear value and mass loss are less than those of other material compositions and all meet the normative requirements indicating the optimum durability of the color anti-skid pavement material.5 tabs,9 figs,31 refs.
