摘要
为进一步研究内科护理风险管理措施,并为内科护理风险管理提供重要依据,该研究通过检索护理风险内容,综合研究内科护理中各种风险高效防控方法,发现在其中将风险管理工作科学落实,针对护理人员展开高质量管理,让护理人员明确护理中存在的风险问题,结合规范操作维护护理水平,减少各项错误问题的发生,可以让护理人员为患者提供优质且规范的护理服务,减少不良风险问题出现的可能性。为此提出,在内科落实护理工作时,需要不断加大对护理风险研究强度,将护理风险管理全面普及到护理工作开展中。
In order to further study the risk management measures of internal medicine and provide an important basis for the risk management of internal medicine.By retrieving the content of nursing risks,comprehensively researching various efficient risk prevention and control methods in internal medicine nursing,the study found that risk management is scientifically implemented,and high-quality management is carried out for nursing staff,so that nursing staff can clarify the risk problems in nursing.Combined with standardized operation and maintenance of nursing level,to reduce the occurrence of various errors,nurses can provide high-quality and standardized nursing services for patients,and reduce the possibility of adverse risk problems.Proposed for this,when implementing nursing work in internal medicine,it is necessary to continuously increase the research intensity of nursing risk,and comprehensively popularize nursing risk management into nursing work.
