摘要
目的探究在尘肺病房护理管理中应用护理风险管理的管理效果。方法选取2020年7月—2024年3月吉林省职业病防治院尘肺管理病房的11名护理人员为研究对象。2020年7月—2022年6月实施常规护理管理模式,设为对照组;2022年7月—2024年3月采取护理风险管理对策,设为观察组。对比两组护理质量评分、护理风险管理能力评分以及护理风险事件发生情况。结果观察组护理质量评分、护理风险管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组共发生5例护理风险事件,观察组发生1例,观察组发生护理风险事件相比对照组更少。结论在尘肺病房护理管理中运用护理风险管理可有效提升护理人员的风险管理能力,降低护理风险事件发生风险,优化护理质量。
Objective To explore the management effect of applying nursing risk management in the nursing manage-ment of pneumoconiosis wards.Methods Eleven nursing staff from the pneumoconiosis management ward of Jilin Pro-vincial Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected as the study subjects from July 2020 to March 2024.The routine nursing management mode was implemented from July 2020 to June 2022 as the control group,and the nursing risk management countermeasures were adopted from July 2022 to March 2024 as the observa-tion group.The quality of care scores,nursing risk management ability scores and the occurrence of nursing risk events were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of care scores and nursing risk management ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of five nursing risk events occurred in the control group and one occurred in the observation group,and fewer nursing risk events occurred in the observation group compared with the control group.Conclusion The use of nursing risk management in the nursing management of pneumoconiosis wards can effectively improve the risk man-agement ability of nursing staff,reduce the risk of nursing risk events,and optimize the quality of nursing care.
