摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育联合风险管理在心血管内科护理管理中的应用价值.方法将220例心血管疾病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组110例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用全程健康教育联合风险管理,观察住院全程,院外护理指导随访6个月.比较两组护理质量评分、患者满意度、不良事件发生率及患者健康知识知晓情况、自我行为管理情况及遵医行为.结果观察组护理质量评分、患者总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患者健康知识知晓情况、自我行为管理情况及依从性评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01).结论在心血管内科护理管理中应用全程健康教育联合风险管理能明显减少不良事件的发生,促进患者对疾病的认知及自我行为管理,提高护理质量、护理满意度及患者依从性.
Objective To explore the application value of whole course health education model combined with risk management in nursing management of cardiovascular medicine.Methods 220 patients with cardiovascular diseases were randomly divided into two groups,110 cases each.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with whole course health education model combined with risk management.The whole course of hospitalization was observed,and the follow-up of out-of-hospital nursing was followed up for 6 months.The nursing quality score,patient satisfaction,incidence of adverse events,and patient health knowledge,self-behavior management and compliance behaviors of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of care score and total patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'health knowledge,self-behavior management and compliance scores were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The whole course health education model combined with risk management has a good effect on the nursing management of cardiovascular department.It can promote patients'awareness of the disease and self-behavioral management,and improve the quality of care,satisfaction with care and patient compliance.
