摘要
总结广东农业援藏经验和做法,为全国农业援藏提供助力。广东援藏在"以民生为龙头,以产业援藏和智力援藏为两翼"的格局下,采取"补短板、提质量、降成本、增效益"和市场倒逼生产的方式,统一步调推进"林芝源"品牌,搭建"7+2"消费援藏平台;在平台、项目、人才和运输等方面,构建农产品质量提升与品牌建设的"四驱"系统,形成了对口支援西藏农产品质量与品牌建设新格局。
The experiences and practices in assisting Tibet in agriculture by Guangdong Province are summarized to provide reference for national agricultural assistance to Tibet. Under the pattern of "people’s livelihood as the priority with industrial and intellectual assistance to Tibet as the two wings", a development concept of "mending the weakness, improving the quality,reducing the cost and increasing the benefit" and market driving is adopted to promote the brand of "Linzhi Yuan" in an integrated way and establish a ’’7+2’’ consumption platform to assist Tibet. A ’’four-wheel drive’’ system for the promotion of agricultural product quality and branding in the aspects of platform, projects, talents, transportation, etc is established to form a new pattern of counterpart support to improve the quality of agricultural products and branding in Tibet.
