摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是由多种病因导致的卵巢功能提前衰退,成为困扰女性生殖健康和心理健康的重要疾病。建立一种操作方法简单、发病率较高的POI动物模型,可以为进一步进行科研工作提供便利的条件。文章对近年来国内外关于POI模型大鼠造模方法进行归纳总结,旨在为POI的发病机制研究及临床治疗提供有益参考。
Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a premature decline of ovarian function caused by multiple causes.It has become an important disease that plagues women’s reproductive health and mental health.The establishment of a POI animal model with simple operation method and high morbidity can provide convenient conditions for further scientific research.This review will summarize the modeling methods of rats with POI in recent years at home and abroad,and aims to provide a useful reference for the pathogenesis research and clinical treatment of POI.
