摘要
针对石油化工行业HSE管理体系当前存在的审核量化精度低、审核关注重点不精准、审核组织效率不高等问题,从审核机制建设、配套专业审核队伍、审核标准编制、审核组织实施、审核软件开发、审核数据分析和智能专家支持系统等方面系统构建了新型体系审核机制,为石油化工企业HSE管理提质升级提供帮助。
In view of the current problems in petrochemical industry,such as low audit quantification accuracy,inaccurate audit focuses and low audit organization efficiency of HSE management system,a new system audit mechanism is systematically constructed.The as-developed mechanism involves the construction of audit mechanism,supporting professional audit team,preparation of audit standards,audit organization and implementation,audit software development,big data analysis of audit data,and intelligent expert support system,which provides a means for improving the quality and upgrading of HSE management in petrochemical enterprises.
