摘要
炼化企业HSSE管理体系不同于国外HSE管理体系的架构,具有过程管理的特征,与企业生产经营的实际密切相关。基于对炼化企业HSSE管理体系建设的实践,分析了炼化企业HSSE管理体系运行中遇到的实际问题,探讨了相应的解决方案,以确保炼化企业HSSE体系有效运行。
The structure of the HSSE management system of refining and chemical enterprises was different from that of foreign HSE management system.It had the characteristics of process management and was closely related to the actual production and operation of enterprises.Based on the practice of the construction of HSSE Management System,this paper discussed some practical problems encountered in the operation process and proposed corresponding solutions to solve the problem of how to effectively operate HSSE system in refining and chemical enterprises.
