摘要
文章详细阐述了我国县域医共体医防协同建设中面临的困境与关键问题,借助共生理论的分析框架,具体深入地从共生单元、共生基质、共生环境及共生模式四个维度分析县域医共体医防协同的共生要素,并提出保证共生单元协同发展、打牢共生基质坚实基础、完善政策制度共生环境、打造互惠对称共生模式的发展路径,探索建立我国县域医共体层面医防协同高效运行的策略和优化路径。
This paper elaborated on the dilemmas and key issues in the construction of the medical-prevention coordination of county medical alliances in China.By using the analysis framework of the symbiosis theory,the authors analyzed the symbiosis elements of medical-prevention coordination in county medical alliances from the aspects of symbiosis unit,symbiosis matrix,symbiosis environment and symbiosis mode.In addition,strategies and optimal paths were explored to establish the efficient operation of medical-prevention coordination in China’s county medical alliances,such as ensuring the coordinated development of symbiotic units,laying a solid foundation for symbiotic matrix,improving the symbiotic environment of policies and system,and creating a mutually beneficial and symmetrical symbiotic mode.
