摘要
文章基于2011—2019年中国282个城市的面板数据,在测度数字经济发展水平和产业结构升级水平的基础上,利用固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门槛回归模型实证分析数字经济对产业结构升级的传导机制、影响效应和区域异质性。研究表明:数字经济对产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化具有显著正向影响,且对于产业结构高级化的解释力更强;作用机制分析表明,绿色技术创新是数字经济释放产业结构升级红利的重要传导机制;采用门槛模型发现,数字经济对产业结构升级的推动作用表现出明显的“边际效应”递增的非线性特征;数字经济对于推动产业结构升级具有明显的区域异质性特征,相比于东部地区,中西部获得了更大的数字经济溢出红利。研究结论为更好地发挥数字经济对产业结构升级的推动作用提供了重要的政策启示。
Based on the panel data of 282 Cities in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper analyzes the transmission mechanism,influence effect and regional heterogeneity of digital economy on industrial structure upgrading by using fixed effect model,mediating effect model and threshold regression model,on the basis of measuring the level of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading.The results show that:Digital economy has a significant positive impact on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure,and has a stronger explanatory power for the upgrading of industrial structure;mechanism analysis shows that green technology innovation is an important transmission mechanism for digital economy to release the dividend of industrial structure upgrading;using the threshold model,it is found that the promoting effect of digital economy on industrial structure upgrading shows an obvious nonlinear feature of increasing marginal effect;digital economy has obvious regional heterogeneity in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,compared with the eastern region,the central and western regions have obtained greater spillovers dividend of digital economy.The conclusion of the study provides important policy implications for better playing the role of digital economy in promoting industrial structure upgrading.
