摘要
万华教授认为,乳房疾病与肝、胃、肾及冲任二脉关系密切,并在演化过程中出现"证型"的变化。她临证重视"辨病与辨证相结合",以病为纲,精于辨证,重视"微观"辨证,综合整体与局部辨证,用药以"和"为贵,灵活运用名方验方加减,治疗有针对性、层次性和多样性。
Professor Wan Hua believes that breast diseases are closely related to the liver,stomach,kidneys,thoroughfare channel and conception channel,and changes in syndrome patterns may occur in their transmission.She attaches great importance to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.While she takes disease differentiation as the guiding principle in her treatment practice,she is also proficient in syndrome differentiation,paying attention to “micro” syndrome differentiation,integrating an overall syndrome differentiation with a local one.She values the harmonizing method in her medications,flexibly using and modifying those famous and experiential effective recipes to pursue a targeted,hierarchical and diverse treatment effect.
