摘要
心衰病为多种心脏病终末阶段,主症可见喘息、少尿水肿、或伴有心悸。《金匮要略》首次提到“心水”,从病机到证候与心衰病类似,为类似心衰的病证。同时在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中多次论述“喘”“肿”“悸”三个病证。本文归纳和分析“喘”“肿”“悸”三个病证中与心衰病有类似的病因病机、病位、证候特点的条文,以及归纳对应的治法方药,列举临床治疗心衰病的验案,从《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中获得心衰病的诊治思路。
Heart failure is the terminal stage of a variety of heart diseases.The main symptoms can be wheezing,oliguria and edema,or accompanied by palpitations."The synopsis of the golden chamber"first proposed the name of"heart water"in Chinese medicine,which is similar to heart failure from pathogenesis to syndromes,and is a disease similar to heart failure.At the same time,in"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"and"Golden Chamber Synopsis",the three syndromes of"gasp","swelling"and"palpitations"have been discussed many times.This article summarizes and analyzes the provisions of the three disease syndromes of"asthma","swelling"and"palpitations"that have similar etiology,pathogenesis,disease location,and syndrome characteristics to heart failure,as well as the corresponding treatment methods and prescriptions,and enumerates the clinical treatment of heart failure.In the case of decay,the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure were obtained from"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"and"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".
