摘要
恶性肿瘤属于慢性消耗性疾病,发展至中晚期时多表现以虚为主,虚中夹实,在症状与病机上同《金匮要略》虚劳病有诸多相似之处,根据"异病同治"理论,可按虚劳病进行辨治。针对其五脏阴阳气血俱损,脾肾尤甚的核心病机,治疗上重在补虚,补脾肾,益精血,中晚期肿瘤虽以虚损为主,但癌毒实邪等贯穿肿瘤发生发展的始终,故补虚不忘祛邪,宜扶正祛邪,补虚祛瘀,调和阴阳,阴阳和,血气盛,则形体适平。
Malignant tumor is a chronic wasting disease.When it develops to the middle and late stages,it is mostly manifested as deficiency,with deficiency in the middle and the solid.It has many similarities with the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber Deficiency Disease in terms of symptoms and pathogenesis.According to the“different diseases,the same treatment”In theory,it can be treated according to the syndrome differentiation.In view of the damage of the five internal organs,especially the core pathogenesis of the spleen and kidney,the treatment focuses on invigorating the deficiency,spleen and kidney,and nourishing the essence and blood.Although the middle and late stage tumors are mainly deficient,but the cancer,poison,and evil penetrate through The occurrence and development of the tumor is always,so tonic the deficiency and not forget to eliminate the real evil,it is advisable to strengthen the body to eliminate the evil,tonic the deficiency and stasis,reconcile the yin and yang,the harmony of yin and yang,the blood and the vitality,the body will be smooth.
