摘要
目的探索膏摩疗法对于中枢系统疾病引起的肢体痉挛及痉挛性疼痛的疗效。方法选取长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院住院确诊的老年人中风后肩痛患者72例,采用单盲随机对照临床试验,分为膏摩治疗组和推拿对照组2组。采用改良的Ashworth痉挛评定分级、肩关节活动度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定。结果治疗4周后,2组患者改良的Ashworth痉挛评定分级、肩关节活动度,视觉模拟评分(VAS)均有提高(P <0.01),治疗组在改善视觉模拟评分(VAS),改良的Ashworth痉挛评定分级,肩关节前屈、外展、外旋活动度等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膏摩法治疗老年人中风后肩痛疗效明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of massage with ointment therapy on spasm and spasmodic pain caused by central system diseases.Methods A single blind randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to study elderly patients with shoulder pain after cerebral apoplexy,and the patients were divided into two groups:the cream massage treatment group and the massage control group.Seventy-two elderly patients with post-stroke shoulder pain diagnosed in the Third Clinical Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were observed.Modified Ashworth spasm assessment,shoulder range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)were used for assessment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the modified Ashworth spasm assessment,shoulder range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)of both groups were improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the treatment group in improving visual analogue scale(VAS),modified Ashworth spasm assessment,shoulder forward flexion,abduction,and rotatory motion,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion The massage with ointment therapy is effective in treating post-stroke shoulder pain in the elderly and is worthy of clinical promotion.
