摘要
大运河聊城段位于京杭大运河中部,文化遗产众多,文化资源丰富,文化底蕴深厚,具备建设大运河国家文化公园的先天优势。聊城市应坚持保护优先、科学规划、因地制宜、分类保护等原则,在深挖运河文化内涵、彰显地域文化特色的同时,全方位探索创新传承利用模式,发展文化旅游产业,打造特色旅游品牌,完善配套服务设施,建立健全体制机制,实现文旅融合,推动产业协同发展。
The Liaocheng section of the Grand Canal is located in the middle of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.There are many historical sites and rich cultural resources in the area along the route,and it has good condition for the construction of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park.Speeding up the construction and protection of the Grand Canal Cultural Park(Liaocheng Section)is an important measure to implement the spirit of the relevant documents and fully tap the natural,historical and cultural advantages of Liaocheng Section of the Grand Canal.Liaocheng City should adhere to the principles of protection priority,scientific planning,adaptation to local conditions,and classified protection.While digging deep into the cultural connotation of the canal and highlighting the regional cultural characteristics,the city should explore all-round innovation and inheritance and utilization models,develop the cultural tourism industry,create distinctive tourism brands,improve supporting service facilities,establish and improve systems and mechanisms,achieve integration of culture and tourism,promote the coordinated development of industries,so as to build the Grand Canal Cultural Park(Liaocheng Section)into a demonstration area for the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture with distinctive characteristics,rich content,and strong attraction.
