摘要
卒中后抑郁(Post Stroke Depression,PSD)是脑血管疾病常见的并发症之一,在我国卒中患者中发病率可高达47%,这既不利于患者神经功能的恢复,也会在很大程度上影响患者的生命质量,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。现综述了近10年来卒中后抑郁的特色针刺疗法,包括醒脑开窍针法、通督调神针法、通督治郁针法、四关穴针法等。肯定了针刺在治疗PSD方面的临床疗效,为针刺治疗PSD的取穴思路的开拓及治疗方案的优化提供一定的参考。
Post stroke depression(PSD)is one of the common complications of cerebrovascular diseases.The incidence rate of stroke patients in our country can be as high as 47%,which is not conducive to the recovery of patients′neurological function,and to a certain extent,it affect the quality of life of patients and bring a heavy burden to the family and society.This paper reviews the characteristic acupuncture therapies for post-stroke depression in the past 10 years,including Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture,Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture,Siguan acupuncture etc.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD is affirmed,and it provides a certain reference for the development of acupuncture points for the treatment of PSD and the optimization of the treatment plan.
