摘要
卒中后认知障碍是卒中后致残原因之一,使患者大大降低康复配合度,严重影响患者后期的生活质量。文章对近年来卒中后认知障碍的临床表现、病因病机、针刺治疗方案进行了归纳与总结,分析和探讨了目前针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍的理论及实践基础,以期为针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍的临床实践和科研提供一定依据。
Post-stroke cognitive impairment is one of the causes of post-stroke disability,which greatly reduces the degree of rehabilitation coordination and seriously affects the quality of life of patients in later stage.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,etiology and pathogenesis of cognitive impairment after stroke in recent years were summarized,and the theoretical and practical basis of acupuncture treatment was analyzed and discussed,in order to provide a certain basis for the promotion and scientific research of clinical acupuncture treatment.
