摘要
目的探究基于家庭的延伸康复护理对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心理状况及遵医行为依从性的影响。方法选取辽宁省人民医院2020年6月至12月收治的100例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于家庭的延伸康复护理,比较两组心理状态评估量表(MSSNS)评分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、遵医行为依从性、并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组MSSNS评分低于护理前,MMSE评分高于护理前,且观察组MSSNS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药、饮食、运动、自测血压、定期复查的遵医行为依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于家庭的延伸康复护理,可改善冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的心理状况,提升患者的遵医行为依从性,降低患者康复过程中的并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of extended rehabilitation nursing based on family on psychological status and compliance with medical behavior of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with family-based extended rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The mental status scale in non-psychiatric settings(MSSNS)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,compliance with medical behavior,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,MSSNS score of two groups was lower than before nursing,MMSE score was higher than before nursing,MSSNS score of observation group was lower than control group,MMSE score was higher than control group(P<0.05).The compliance of medication,diet,exercise,self-blood pressure monitoring,and regular review in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-based extended rehabilitation nursing can improve the psychological status of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,enhance patients’compliance with medical behavior,reduce the complication rate in the process of rehabilitation.
