摘要
目的观察老年综合评估护理在老年冠心病患者住院康复中的应用效果分析。方法将我院近期(2018年09月至2019年08月)收治老年冠心病住院康复患者总计78例,采取随机数字法分成对照组(39例)与实验组(39组),其中对照组患者实施常规评估护理干预,而实验组患者实施老年综合评估护理。对照两组患者住院期间不良事件发生率、冠心病再发率、护理满意率、住院时间及干预前、后对冠心病健康知识掌握情况。结果实验组患者住院期间不良事件发生率为2.56%,冠心病再发率为0.00%均少于对照组15.38%、10.26%,而实验组患者对护理的总满意率为100.00%明显高于对照组的87.18%(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者对冠心病健康知识掌握评分(P>0.05)可比。经干预后两组患者对冠心病健康知识掌握评分明显提升,且实验组高于对照组,且实验组患者住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论在老年冠心病住院患者中,采取老年综合评估护理,可明显降低患者在住院期间不良事件发生率与冠心病再发率,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者对冠心病健康知识的掌握情况,提升患者对护理的满意率,效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of elderly Comprehensive Evaluation nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(39 cases)and the experimental group(39 groups).Among them,the patients in the control group received routine evaluation nursing intervention,while the patients in the experimental group received comprehensive evaluation nursing for the elderly.The incidence of adverse events,the recurrence rate of coronary heart disease,the rate of nursing satisfaction,the length of stay and the mastery of health knowledge of coronary heart disease before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events was 2.56%in the experimental group,and the recurrence rate of coronary heart disease was 0.00%,which was lower than 15.38%and 10.26%in the control group,while the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 87.18%in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the scores of mastering the health knowledge of coronary heart disease in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion In the elderly patients with coronary heart disease,comprehensive evaluation nursing for the elderly can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and recurrence rate of coronary heart disease during hospitalization,shorten the length of stay of the patients,improve the mastery of health knowledge of coronary heart disease,and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing,with ideal effect.
