摘要
全断面硬岩地层具有较强的自稳性,盾构在该地层掘进过程中,施工安全风险较小,但是在施工质量方面的管控难度大幅度增加,尤其在富含地下水的全断面硬岩地层,传统的同步注浆质量无法得到有效保障,从而导致成型隧道渗漏、上浮等质量问题。本文结合深圳地铁14号线共建管廊工程施工案例,针对盾构在富含地下水的全断面硬岩地层掘进时同步注浆技术进行探索和研究,提高管片壁后填充质量,为后续类似工程施工提供参考。
Full face hard rock strata has strong stability,in the formation of shield tunneling process,the construction safety risk is small,but in the aspect of construction quality control difficulty increased dramatically,especially in the whole section hard rock strata that are rich in groundwater,the traditional synchronous grouting quality cannot get effective guarantee,leading to the forming surface of tunnel leakage,quality problems.Combined with the construction case of the joint pipe gallery project of Shenzhen Metro Line 14,this paper explores and studies the synchronous grouting technology of shield tunneling in the full-section hard rock stratum rich in groundwater,so as to improve the filling quality of segment wall and provide reference for the subsequent similar engineering construction.
