摘要
受主、客观因素的影响,盾构法区间隧道在盾构掘进过程中其隧道中线很容易出现与设计中线在平面上和纵面上的偏差,一旦这种偏差超过规范或技术标准规定的允许范围,且未及时采取有效措施进行修正,则隧道将无法满足线路服务功能的要求,因此根据规范和技术标准,对隧道中线进行修复或线路进行调整。结合工程实例,对隧道中线偏差的原因进行剖析,对影响隧道限界的因素及限界余量进行分析,提出地铁盾构法区间隧道结构中线修复或线路调整过程中应遵循的设计原则、标准,并在此基础上进行了线路修复方案的研究、各方案的优缺点的对比分析等,最终形成推荐方案。
Because of subjective and objective factors,the metro tunnel under shield construction is prone to have centerline deviation in horizontal plane and longitudinal section compared to the original design.If the centerline deviation exceeded the tolerable range of the technical specifications or standards and wasn't handled with effective measures,the tunnel would not meet the service requirements.So the tunnel centerline with a deviation should be adjusted according to the technical specifications and standards.Based on actual example of project,in addition to the analysis of the reasons which cause the tunnel centerline deviation,the paper discusses the factors which may influence the tunnel clearance as well as the margin of the clearance,presents the design principle and standards for tunnel centerline adjustment and restoration,studies the different adjustment and restoration schemes and their advantages and disadvantages compared to each other,and finally recommends the optimal scheme.
