摘要
目的观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗2型糖尿病合并不安腿综合征(阴虚血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例2型糖尿病合并不安腿综合征(阴虚血瘀证)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。2组均给予基础治疗(健康教育、降糖治疗等),对照组在基础治疗的基础上予甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予加味芍药甘草汤治疗。治疗8周后,观察2组中医证候积分、RLS评分、PSQI评分、PSG相关指标及血糖相关指标改善情况。结果治疗后,2组中医证候评分较治疗前下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(86.67%,26/30)优于对照组(60.00%,18/30)(P<0.05),2组的IRLS评分均有所下降,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组PSQI评分较治疗前降低,PSG相关指标睡眠总时间及效率较治疗前升高,睡眠潜伏期、觉醒次数较治疗前减少,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味芍药甘草汤治疗2型糖尿病合并不安腿综合征,可明显改善患者不安腿综合征的不适症状,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with the restless leg syndrome (yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods A total of sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with the restless leg syndrome (yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) who met the inclusion criteria of the research were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each.Both groups were given the basic treatments (health education,hypoglycemic treatment,etc.),and the control group was given methylcobalamin tablets in addition,while the treatment group was given modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement of the TCM syndrome score,RLS score,PSQI score,PSG-related indexes and blood glucose-related indexes were observed.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group (86.67%) was better than that of the control group (60.00%) (P<0.05).The IRLS score of both groups were decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,while the total sleep time and efficiency of the PSG-related indexes were higher than those before treatment,and the sleep latency and awakening times were lower than those before treatment,with the treatment group being significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can significantly improve the uncomfortable symptoms of the restless leg syndrome and improve the sleep quality in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with the restless leg syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
