摘要
综合立体交通运输体系对我国现代化交通高质量发展具有重要意义。为了解决目前综合立体交通存在的问题,从规划、标准、工程建设、装备研制等方面深入解析综合立体交通的内涵;分析在世界格局深刻变化、新一轮产业科技变革加速、内外部环境深度调整背景下,我国发展综合立体交通所面临的重大挑战;提出交通通道一体化铺画建设、交通枢纽一体化规划设计、城市交通一体化协同发展、联程联运一体化运输组织、运输技术一体化集成创新并兼顾经济效益的发展策略,明确综合立体交通运输体系发展方向;对部分研究进行实例分析测算,验证成果合理性、可行性、经济性和有效性。
Comprehensive stereoscopic transportation system is of great significance to the high-quality development of China’s modern transportation network.To solve the current problems of comprehensive stereoscopic transportation,this paper conducted a deep analysis of the connotation of comprehensive stereoscopic transportation from the aspects of planning,standard,engineering construction and equipment development.The major challenges in the development of comprehensive stereoscopic transportation in China were analyzed in the context of profound changes in the global landscape,acceleration of a new round of industrial and technological transformation,and in-depth adjustment of the internal and external environment.This paper clarified the development direction of comprehensive stereoscopic transportation system by proposing the following development strategies:integrated layout and construction of transportation corridors,integrated planning and design of transportation hubs,integrated coordinated development of urban transportation,integrated transportation organization of connecting routes and transportation,integrated innovation of transportation technology and consideration of economic benefits.The rationality,feasibility,economy and effectiveness of some suggestions were verified by case analysis and calculation.
