摘要
                
                    打破学科壁垒、促进医工交叉融合人才培养是服务健康中国战略、促进医药创新的原动力。医工交叉人才培养需要从制度建设、需求导向、培养质量和思政体系等方面创新途径、形式和方法,需要从健全医工交叉融合培养机制、建立产学研共同体、改革试点先行培养高端复合型人才、重视课程思政与职业精神培养等方面入手进行教学革新,建成具有中国特色的医工交叉人才培养体系,为实现高水平科技创新、服务健康中国战略输出一流主力军。
                
                Breaking down disciplinary barriers and promoting the cultivation of medicine-engineering interdisciplinary talents is the driving force for serving Healthy China Strategy and promoting medical innovation.The medicine-engineering interdisciplinary talents training requires innovative approaches,forms,and methods in terms of system construction,demand orientation,training quality,ideological system,etc.We should improve the training mechanism of medicine-engineering intersection and integration,establish an industry-university-research community,reform and pilot training of high-end composite talents,and reform teaching with focus on the cultivation of curriculum politics and professionalism,so as to build a training system of medicine-engineering intersection with Chinese characteristics,which will export first-class talents as the main force of a high level of technological innovation and serve Healthy China Strategy.
